About us
Jazba Welfare Foundation was founded by Muhammad Altaf to work for the welfare of people in need and against poverty.
Why “Jazba”
Jazba is the Urdu word for passion and spirit, the inner drive that makes people act. We chose it because ending poverty takes more than good intentions. It takes energy, persistence and heart.
Based on Multan Road, we bring that spirit to families who are struggling, helping them meet today’s needs and build toward a more secure tomorrow.
Our mission
To fight poverty with energy and compassion, by helping families in need meet their essential needs and giving them the means to build a better life.
Our vision
A Pakistan where the passion to help others means no family is left behind.
What we stand for
Passion
Jazba means passion. We bring energy and commitment to every family we help.
Fairness
Help goes to those who need it most, regardless of background, belief or connections.
Honesty
We keep careful records, answer every donor’s questions, and report only what has truly happened.
Dignity
We protect the privacy of the people we help and never use their hardship for publicity.
